HP Pavilion Desktop Stuck in loop for Factory Reset

HP Recommended
Pavilion Gaming Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I’m trying to completely reset my Pavilion Desktop in order to sell it to a friend, and for the past couple of hours it has been in a constant loop of flashing the HP loading screen and then the display shutting off. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times and it just does the same thing. What can I do to fix this?

@connorjackson

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to reinstall the operating system on the computer.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

I recommend you follow the steps in the below article and perform a cloud recovery and check if it helps.
