I’m trying to completely reset my Pavilion Desktop in order to sell it to a friend, and for the past couple of hours it has been in a constant loop of flashing the HP loading screen and then the display shutting off. I’ve tried resetting it multiple times and it just does the same thing. What can I do to fix this?
