Hello, My issue started during an unplug without a proper shutdown. Once repowered I began to recieve an error msg stating that windows failed to start correctly and then the auto repair sequence proceeds to produce no solution sending me to the recovery menu. I have performed the system restore multiple times and it has worked in the past. btw, this isnt the first time this happened. I just cant get it back up this time. I was hoping there was something I wasnt doing correctly or anything to help.
I havent made any recent driver changes that Im aware of. I believe the error code is multiple zeros ending in 21 ex. 0000000021. I have access to wireless or LAN connections. Thanks for any help with this.

Hi
Maybe start in the most basic of SAFE BOOT modes that you can.
Run any disk checking software you can.

If in doubt please ask.
