HP Pavilion p7-1529
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

When my HP Pavilion p7-1529 starts up, the power light briefly flashes orange then turns off. The fan inside runs perfectly fine. Upon being connected to a monitor, the monitor says "No Signal" even though the computer is powered on. The power light at the back is green and solid.

When the problem first started, the boot light would be blue but there'd be no response from the monitor, and after leaving it on for several minutes, it would automatically restart itself and then everything's fine. But the next day, this happened, and it just wouldn't boot. I think there's something wrong with the booting priorities in the BIOS.

I would like to try resetting the boot priorities and the BIOS, but I don't know how to do that without being able to see the options on the monitor.

Update: I did a BIOS and CMOS Battery reset, and now the startup lights turn blue again.
