Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hello Community,

My friend has a HP Prodesk 400 G4 SFF dekstop and when he starts it up, it comes with 2 different account possibilties before

windows 10 starts up.

I think these are Bios accounts. Is there somewhere a possibility to delete one of the accounts and let the computer start rightaway  with windows 10.

Because two times a login before you're  computer starts working is a little bit to much.
