HP Desktop - M01-F0033w
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello community,

I really hope someone can help me with this. I recently bought this computer, it was on clearance at Walmart and the warranty was already expired. This computer has given me issues from the get-go. Originally, it wouldn't boot properly. It would start to boot, I would get the black HP loading screen, but then the display would disconnect and nothing would happen. I would be able to get to the BIOS start-up screen by pressing Esc on start-up, then by doing a combination of things, it would eventually start-up. I was able to get it to do a System Repair (the one on the black HP loading screen) and it finally seemed to be working properly.

So, I was finally able to use it, when suddenly I got the BSOD (Blue Screen of Death) with the sideways frowning face, saying there was an error and my computer was being restarted. It failed to restart and now when I turn it on, the display doesn't turn on for even a moment. The tower itself lights up after I switch the power on and I hear the fan start, but nothing happens. I don't hear any beeps, nor does the LED blink to indicate what the error is. I'm really frustrated here. I could return it, but they don't have another computer like this in stock anywhere. So I would prefer to fix it.

It's an HP Ryzen 3 Tower (Model# M01-F0033w)

It's running Windows 10 64-Bit (2004 version)

You need a clean new installation.

Download the last "Media Creation Tool" (Google) from Microsoft and prepare an USB-Bootstick.
Prepare it for a different computer.
Boot from the USB-Stick and run the installation.
Select "I have no key" and on the disk-page delete all (!) partitions.
On the same page you find a button "new" (yellow star). Select that and type in the
C-Partition size. (120x 1024=122880 MB)
The rest can be done in windows later

I can't get to the BIOS start-up screen to boot from a USB though.
