Hi,
I would not know where to start if you have tried everything.
The last two components on my troubleshooting list are the motherboard (MB) and the CPU. Finding a replacement MB may be difficult if your PC is out of warranty.
Contact HP Support if the PC is in warranty (Link) or have a local PC tech take a look.
Regards

@zztop555555 -- in addition to what @Grzwacz wrote, "no lamps" implies that the external power-adapter (if there is one) has failed. Find a friend with a "multimeter" to measure the output amperage & voltage that the power-adapter should be generating.
Got any friend with an identical, or even similar, power-adapter, that you could try with your computer?
