HP Pavillion 690-0000a
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

When I ran the suggested HP Update it changed th BIOS on my pc and I did not realize, nor did I see a warning thay my logon info would be wiped out. I had been using a PIN and did not have a password designated so now I have no way to login to my pc.

You should still be able to log into Windows 10 with your Microsoft account.
