Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista

Bonjour,

Panique a bord, impossible de redemarrer mon PC TouchSmart, l'ecran noir annonce un "echec de disque dur imminent"et me conseille de sauvegarder et remplacer mon disque dur. Mais comment puis-je sauvegarder mon disque dur si je n'arrive pas a redemarrer l'ordinateur ?

J'ai essaye de le re-booter (Clt+Alt+Supp) mais je reviens a la case de depart ou apres une longue phase de reparation automatique, je vois le message suivant:

Et quand j'appuie sur une touche, le meme message se repete sans fin.

 

Help, please !!!
