Hard Disk Error Hard Disk 2 (3F2)

Starting up the laptop I get this Hard Disk Error. It says

Hard Disk Error

please run the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics.

I clicked F2 to do the Hard Disk Test in System Diagnostics. I have done both System Tests and Component Tests. Both tests passed. But I still cant start up / use my laptop

Hello, if you boot your PC taping F11 key, have you access to your recovery partition?? If not, you need to try with a Recovery external media. 

If you have access to your recovery partition, you can try to repair your system. Maybe not necessary to reinstall Windows but you can try all other options: restore to a previous state, restore boot files, uninstall last updates....
