Hi
Your PC has 256 GB NVMe M.2 SSD. Very unusual to see an M.2 drive fail.
You would have to disassemble the Laptop and replace the device. Or contact HP Support for warranty service if applicable at this link:
https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact/help/laptop
You may lose data if you cannot mount this drive when connecting it to a different PC as a data drive. I hope you have data backups.
