UEFI hard drive Short DST Check failed. PC barely boots up. Do I need a new hard drive? Help!

Hi,
Yes, you need a new storage device.
You can get data, I would do this ASAP. Remove the drive. Connect the drive to a different PC as a data drive. Copy data from your USER folder.
You have a M.2 socket 3, key M expansion slot. Replace the slow HDD with a M.2 NVME drive, much faster.
