Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Hello, My laptop has the HP hinge issue but its warranty has expired. is there any way to fix it? by the way, I bought it around 1 and a half years ago in the UK but I am no longer in the UK. does HP company has an HP agency in Turkey in order to repair it?
