How can I update my BIOS? I have an 8300 Elite wtth a BIOS K01 v02.05 my email is ******

Hi:

 

Use the F10 BIOS setup flashing method when you are not running a supported operating system.

 

You have to first update the BIOS to v2.99, and then you can update it to v3.08.

You can find the BIOS update files you need under the W8.1 driver section of the above support page.
