============i deleted my previous answer as I noticed that you can boot into the bios as shown here=================
I suspect you need to replace the battery on your system.
page 22 of the following manual shows the battery
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06499317.pdf
If that does not match your motherboard then please post the product ID, (not the serial number)
video on how to replace https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iNw-D7GEWQw
CR2032 battery. Do not force it out or you will break the socket.
Also, you should enable post messages in the BIOS, just my opinion.

According to this picture your bios is working fine.
Change the bios so that the post messages are shown. The post messages can indicate a problem with the BIOS. Be sure to save the bios changes when exiting. Shut the system down, unplug for 10-20 seconds (press power switch to drain battery), plug back in, turn on, and see if that checksum error shows up. If it shows up the replace the CR2032 battery. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UJPGRADEING THE BIOS UNTIL YOU FIX THE CHECKSUM PROBLEM. If you bios gets corrupted it may NOT BE POSSIBLE to recover it.
Where did you get the bios?
What is the rom family name, version and date as shown in your bios screen info page?

Thank you. Sorry this is happening.
Please go into the BIOS and take a picture of the ABOUT or INFO screen and post it back here here
It is necessary to get the existing bios version, ROM ID and date to ensure the correct bios is installed
When you exit the bios you should select the option to save changes. Be sure that post message are enabled.
(1) When you reboot what post messages do you see?
(2) before installing any bios we need to ensure the disk drive is working properly. Installing a new bios places a copy of the bios into a hidden partition for use as backup. From in windows, run the HP assistant and select the disk disk test. If you cannot boot into windows then press ESC when booting and select the test using the function key F2 and run the diagnostic
Please post the results of the test, any post messages that indicate a problem, and the images of the INFO or ABOUT bios page.
