Product: HP ENVY TouchSmart 23se-d494 All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently gave my 23se-d494 AIO to my daughter. She somehow entered an incorrect passcode severly times and is now locked out. How can she set a new passcode/ password to start the PC?
