What is the product number of your product? Use this link to find it: http://hp.care/2bygf7l  Use this link to find it:  https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03754824 (Ensure you do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc...).

Is it Windows login password or Bios password?

If this is to do with the Windows login password? What type of account have you created? Is it local account or Microsoft account.

Did you attempt to reset using the safe mode or the recovery manager?
