Unfortunately, I don't know of any way you can do that, unless you can get into the BIOS's security menu.
There is this old archived post, but the links referenced no longer work.
I think the only thing you might be able to is to purchase a HP smart card reader keyboard.
But you would probably also need a smart card (CAC) to be able to go any further.
See page 7 of the F10 BIOS setup guide for your model...there is a security settting to enable/disable a smart card to be used instead of a power on password.
Be alert for scammers posting fake support phone numbers and/or email addresses on the community.
