Hi

When i boot my laptop, there is an popup in a grey screen, headed "HP PC system diagnostics UEFI."

If i strike Esc key it asks for conformation and goes to OS booting..

But that information is popping up every single time when i switch on my PC.

I found that the reason maybe I have replaced my keyboard.

When I installed the old broken keyboard, the popup disappear. When I repair with new keyboard  the popup appear.

The most important thing is that the new keyboard is everything OK.

How to turn off that prompt.

I haven't reread the whole document, and I don't think it says how to deactivate it.
That said, you mention that you don't have the problem if you change the keyboard.
It is possible that it is a problem with the key which launches the programs, it remains activated, which makes that it starts again at startup!

DirkYoung:

Normally you need to press the F2 key to run the HP PC System Diagnostics UEFI.  If i press the power switch and immediately press the F2 on my Elitebook 840 G3, the System Diagnostics UEFI will appear. So make sure the F2 key on your new keyboard is not stuck pressed.
