Hp envy 20-d010
Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

okay guys, so my mother- in- law was recently given an envy 20 d010 by a co-worker. Nice free PC! However,  there is a catch. She didn't remember the password and there is no keyboard. I am able to pull up the onscreen keyboard at sign in but can't figure out how to get to the boot menu without a physical keyboard. I removed the cmos battery for about an hour but no luck. I tried moving the jumpers to the indicated position but that  didn't work either. I was wondering if maybe partially unplugging a ram chip and turning it on would get me to the boot menu?  Obviously buying a new keyboard would probably be the easiest solution but where is the fun in that lol!  If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it. Thanks in advance!!
