Crashed. Will not boot. Cannot get to Entering Startup Menu or recovery

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I see that your system crashed and is not booting to Windows. I'd like to help with it.

 

May I know if you have made any recent hardware or software changes to it?

May I know if you have created a restore point to check if you are able to boot into Windows? Here is a link for that.

If the issue persists, please perform the reinstallation of the Operating System. Here is a link: https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/hp-envy-x360-convertible-laptop-pc-13-bd0000/35800881/document/... 

 

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.

Thank you for your help. Finally got it working. Guess we lost power while bios update was operating
