HP Recommended
Hp pavilion all in one
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My hp pavilion all in one is stuck on the screensaver. I can’t get sign-in screen to come up. I tried control-alt-delete and turned it off and on. Nothing.

You are not the first person to report these symptoms.

Please see: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Desktop-Boot-and-Lockup/Mouse-amp-Keyboard-Stop/td-p/6600283

The cause is a "bad" update issued by Microsoft on Shrove Tuesday February 13, 2018, and installed onto your computer, soon after.

That link will get you to a page that has "remediation" instructions.
