Hp prodesk 600 sff won't turn on

Product: Hp prodesk 600 G1 sff
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, anyone knows how to fix the problem of my PC. My HP prodesk 600 g1 sff won't turn on if there is a device connected. Ex. Hdd, dvd drive, even USB devices. It will turn on for a second, then off.

But it turns on when no devices is connected.

It could be a problem with the power supply.

If the HP Warranty is still valid, contact HP Support.

Otherwise, it's time to take the computer to a qualified technician.
