I CAN NOT BELIEVE THAT NO ONE HAS AN ANSWER FOR THIS ! EVEN HP?

So close, yet so far!

I got my replacement 8200 Elite from eBay yesterday.  Works great.  I put all of the hardware in from the one that doesn't work.

One of my friends told me that perhaps the power supply is faulty if everything is running but the PC doesn't POST.

I found a used but tested one on eBay, for $20, so I am going to take a gamble on that first before buying a replacement motherboard in the future.

My only concern is that if the P/S is bad, the PC should beep 4 times, and it does nothing.

Everything is on, just no display screen at all.

I got It !!!!!!

Then crisis recovery jumper worked!!!! It allowed me to flash BIOS before doing anything else. I still had to take my graphics card from my other Z400 to get it to recognize again. after I ran it I put the old card back in and it runs great!

Wow it took me a couple of weeks to get it done (CRISIS RECVOVERY JUMPER) I will never forget that one....
