I’m not sure.
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello. I have been trying to boot my pc via USB. However it seems I cannot find a way to enter boot menu. I have tried many ways. When I hold down shift and press “restart” it takes me to a menu. I click a couple more things and I am asked if I want to see settings. This is what I need. But the screen stays black. And the only way to get off the black screen is via pressing control-alt-delete. The screen also turns black when I press f12, and f10 as pc is loading up after restart. It may be that my pc is just dog poop. If you can help it will be much appreciated, thank you.

Getting into the menu to pick the screen you want is sometimes problematic.  I always recommend the following method when that happens.

To run the popup menu, start tapping the Esc key and then press the start button.
Keep tapping the Esc key until a popup menu shows. Then pick F10 from that popup menu.

Then change the boot order to use the USB.  There needs to be a boot able USB stick in the USB or it will not give you that option.
Report back with the results.
