HP-Envy Recline 27-k119 X F3D6OAA#ABL
HP EliteDesk 800 G1 SFF  N3AS42UC

HP ProDesk 600 G4 SFF  5XF7OUS#ABC

The ProDesk and the Envy Recilne do not have internal optical drives, the Elite does have one. I use a USB 3.0 external USB drive with the others.

I cannot boot from a cd or dvd on any of them. The media is either not seen or does nor boot. I tried Windows and Linux boot disk, repair discs and recovery discs.

Are the BIOS too old?   The USB too slow?
