I hove deleted my Intel(R) dynamic turning processor participation drivers and face login problem i have saved a restore point but after applying it also it now boot properly so i need to install the drivers but trying to enter safe mode is not working and i have able use cmd so i need it reinstall the drivers to solve the issue or not any other way is there

I understand you're experiencing an issue with booting up your after making a few changes to the hardware settings.
I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, I'm here to help you today.
Please follow the steps below to perform an extensive system test to confirm if the hardware is working fine.
1) Shut down the computer.
2) Turn the computer back on again and repeatedly tap on the ESC until a Startup menu appears.
3) Press F2 once.
4) Go to the system test > extensive test
If the hardware is working fine. Kindly refer to the steps on this link to perform a recovery and let me know if that resolves the issue. (Take a backup of the data before performing a recovery)

Hello thank you for my reply
I deleted Intel dynamic turning processor participation drivers so as you told I running system extensive test it looks like it takes 3hours so thank you for replying and I definitely mark as accepted solution if the problem resolved

Hello thank for your reply I perform system extensive test but the test has passed without any errors and I unable to sign in with my pin
and I am unable to boot into safe mode to reinstall the drivers and unable to reset the pc I able to open command prompt can I reinstall the Intel dynamic turning processor participation drivers?

Were you able to perform a recovery on your laptop by following the below steps?
