I need to access the BIOS setup on my HP TouchSmart 310 PC

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to access the BIOS setup on my HP TouchSmart 310 PC but it is password protected and I don't have the password. I was told that i needed the smc.bin file to change he current password. Can you help.
