Thank you for the update. Using the partial model information you posted, I found this match: HP ENVY Phoenix h9-1402el Desktop PC. Please verify whether that is the correct model. If it is, then the support page only shows drivers for Windows 8 and 8.1. It is possible that the drivers you had for Windows 7 were not 100% compatible when you did the upgrade to Windows 10.
If you are just seeing a black screen, then maybe you would be better off starting with this document: HP Desktop PCs - Computer Does Not Start (Windows 10,8). Read through it carefully as it has links to other documents depending on the symptoms you are seeing. Just be sure to select the closest symptom to what you are seeing.
If necessary, please contact phone support. In your case , please click the link below to get the contact information for your region. http://www8.hp.com/us/en/contact-hp/ww-phone-assist.html

hi, Malygris1 thanks for your halp. I try to explain my problem from the beginning. I have installed windows 10 using the boot disk microsoft,at the end of the procedure ,the pc regular restart but the screen is black and the keybord off . I think that my mistake was that i I did not use the uefi boot menu because i had windows 7. I just exute the hp bios recovery procedure without getting results. iI have also tried to remove ram ,video card ram , and i excute the reset of the coms jump without getting results. Sorry form my English but i am italian.
