HP Envy Phoenix 310-230 qe
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I need to enter the system information such as product number, serial number, build id, feature byte, and I have all this on a tag on the bottom of my tower.  I had to replace my computer motherboard, and this information is based on the individual computer, its not the same for all. These key strokes allow access to type in serial number and all identifying information for my phoenix,  Do you know the keys, I sure would like to finish this.

Hello, and Thank You for your message but it didn't work.

@Cranky_Eagle Could you tell me why you need it?

And meanwhile, try opening the run command by using Windows button + R, Typing in - "DxDiag" and clicking OK, and let me know if that helps.

No, I have said I need to go into the BIOS, and under Security drop down to System ID's to enter the feature Byte ,serial number and Build ID! Don't waste my time telling me to do other things, I  KNOW what I NEED, the Key Strokes. IF you don't know what I am asking for then maybe you can't answer my question, but don't just throw things to try at ME, your wasting MY TIME, am I CLEAR?

@Cranky_Eagle As I've asked twice before, what do you need this information for?

Only then can I give you a befitting response that's as accurate as you need me to be!

Keep me posted.

I explained answered you, I need this in order to enter the serial number and feature Byte information. I'm not able to answer your question any clearer than to enter this information onto the Bios Security system ((( ID. )) it Identifies My computer parts with the new mother board.  I don't have to enter this data for my computer to work, I'm using it to write this reply.

With the right key strokes I will get a "Command prompt then I can type the information.

I think I know what you are looking for. The information you are looking should have come in the box with your new motherboard and instructions on what to do. If you do not have the box or paperwork that came with it then you will have to contact the company that made the board.

BIOS is strictly for the board and is initially loaded at the manufacturer. I don't know of any pc (such as HP,Dell, etc.) company that loads BIOS onto the board.

NO, you do not understand what I am writing and saying, this reply I read from you is completely wrong and not at all in any way what I have ask you ! I'm done with this form, you CANT answer this question.
