Hello, I have a brand new HP OmniBook Ultra 14 (KG0001NF, Snapdragon X2 Elite) showing an INACCESSIBLE_BOOT_DEVICE (0x7B) error on startup. I've already tried startup repair and a full Windows reset/reinstall, but the reinstall fails too. I was told to disable VMD in the BIOS, but I believe that's an Intel-specific feature that wouldn't apply to my ARM processor. Could you help me identify the cause and a solution for this model? Thank you!

I believe this is a warranty problem.

Go into the BIOS and defaults. Ensure secure boot is enabled and the date and time are correct.

Save setting when you exit and then do a cloud factory restore.

Go to the below site and enter your product ID including the 3 characters after the # character
If you have cloud recovery you can restore your system using a 64gb flash.
It may take an hour or more to create the recovery USB.

Alternately, download from the MS windows store
