Product: HP Z820 Workstation
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have HP Z820 Workstation and I connect SSD M.2 hard disk through Pcie 3x 4

When start to install windows 10 over the SSD Drive, it gave me an error after 30 mins from installation starting.

I need help.

The short answer is that the Samsung Evo 960 M.2 SSD cannot be used as a boot drive in the HP Zx20 series of workstations. There are plenty of threads on the forum discussing the use of M.2 cards in these systems so I would recommend you have a quick search. Just to get you started;-
