I just received my computers a week ago (4/10/20) and only downloaded the essentials on it that we use for our business, (QuickBooks, Microsoft office) and no matter what, after turning it on/resetting it, the computer freezes up and will not do anything for several minutes. We got these computers because they were supposed to be better than our old ones, but the constant freezing is making it difficult to work.
At one point I got an error code saying a script was causing the computer to slow but when approving the termination of said script, it continued to move slowly and freeze every few minutes.
Is there a way to fix this normally or will we need to return the computers? We only have QB, our emails, and occasionally a few files up but the speed shouldn't be affected by these programs.
Thanks!

You should not be having problems like this with a new PC!
You paid for free HP Tech Support as part of the warranty coverage, so you might as well make use of it.
Unfortunately, we are NOT HP Tech Support and we have no way to diagnose or repair your PC, so while this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about troubleshooting and repairing your machine remotely.
I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet to check out the problems.
If they are unable to fix your PC, then you need to explore what options you have to get it replaced under the warranty.
