the model corresponding to this number will therefore be
HP Desktop - M01-F1033wb
Give the full version of windows
for windows 10 type winver in the search box
if you give the best information
your problem could have a solution more quickly (depending on the difficulty, of course)

The information requested by @Prométhée is really needed.
I am going to guess at the problem.
1 - windows 7 update -OR- a 3rd party update such as security, multimedia, or some app
Windows 7 support ended long ago. It is possible that your system is attempting to obtain one or more modules from a Microsoft server and the items are no longer available.
2 - You are updating to windows 10 which is still free
If your update is to go from 7 to 10 it takes a long time. I assume you downloaded the "update now"
button and not the ISO.
