Product: HP ENVY x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-ee1000 (2E2L0AV)

I input the charger into multiple outlets. The light on the laptop by the charger never once turned on or blinked, same goes for the laptops screen it never shut on.
