I cannot boot into this machine - my customer has managed to forget all his Microsoft information, and being elderly and somewhat confused, cannot manage the MS recovery process.
I am trying to use a 3rd party utility on a USB stick to clone his hard drive for a backup before attempting a System reset; however, the BIOS won't accept the USB source, as it appears to have no legacy support, only UEFI. It will accept a Windows 10 USB stick, but not the 3rd party one.
Is it possible to enable legacy support on this machine?

I have had no problem using the free Macrium Reflect software to create either a bootable CD-R or a bootable USB memory-stick, and then to boot from that software to create a "clone" of the disk-drive onto an external disk-drive.
