Hi. Please help. My Microsoft account been hacked, somehow even the email for changing password was changed to theirs, now I can’t log into my laptop as I can’t go pass the login screen! I tried to use steps on Microsoft to recover but I’m not young and can’t remember things like when I bought Microsoft products or what credit card was used, or old passwords (I only ever change passwords when I forget them!). I’m stuck as I can’t log into laptop, tried HP recovery to reset windows but it’s asking for a Recovery Key, don’t have a clue where that is. I created another Microsoft account using my iPhone but login on laptop shows the email that was hacked so can’t use a new un- hacked email account created! What should I do a I work from home and can’t log in! I’m in trouble!
