The Mouse and Keyboard crash, cannot do anything, I have to hard power off then on, it gets resolved with reboot but then reoccurs again after about 30 minutes to an hour. I have tried using a different mouse and keyboard, same problem. Have checked drivers on each mouse and keyboard, and all USB ports, all drivers current and optimal.

Check to see if there is a hardware problem: Watch this video.
Tap the ESC key after powering on. Tap it once a second after you see the LEDs on the keyboard flash. When you see the startup menu, press F2 to run diagnostics.
If a component fails during the UEFI test then Click here to check warranty
Does this happen randomly, after playing a particular game or running a particular application? when was the last time the dust bunnies where banished? Use and air duster at least once a month.
Verify the air can flow freely.
