Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have a Hp Envy 23 d110a that turns on but won't boot. The screen is completely blank but the power button lights up and you can here the fan. I tried to get into the bios but still, the screen was blank. I also reinserted the RAM and CMOS battery. Could anyone tell me what I could do?
