Have you tried different wall outlets or power cords?

 

If the issue persists please contact HP Support for Service Options

Yes I have purchased a new oem power supply cord and no change. I have tried a different outlet with no results, I put a different device in the same outlet and it turns on but computer wont. I also unplugged and held the power button down for up to 20 seconds, again no results not even 1 light or sound. Its completely dead.

This sounds like a Motherboard issue. Please contact HP Support for Service Options
