Microsoft Windows 10 in S Mode

I need to disable the secure boot in order to enable the legacy boot so that I can boot from the USB hard disc. The stupid Windows 11 installed update totally messed up my desktop! Spent 3 hours working with Microsoft today and they told me that I have to call HP directly to have them assist with removing the secure boot. Any help would be appreciated. My desktop worked perfect until this update that I can not undo and stuck at the blue screen.
