Hello
so that we can try to answer you, we would need more information
To start the exact model of the computer!

HP Desktop PCs - How Do I Find My Model Number or Product Number? | HP® Customer Support
And then, when is there an error message, with what software and the complete error message!
This does not mean much:
the assessment says i fail because i need more memory and uefi
There we can just indicate, which should add memory, but without being able to specify!
For the uefi, I do not really see why this message, there should be more precision, but this is more difficult, the pc may not be compatible!
