New AIO PC does not boot up

HP Recommended
HP 22-c0027na Full HD All In One Desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Purchased direct from HP. Full set up by local IT company. All working well yesterday but when shutting down took about 10 minutes, unusual, but thought being a new PC a little quirky. Powered up again this morning, system failed to boot up, left with black screen although something was operating. Tried usual  simple remedial actions to no avail. Switched off PC and all I saw was flashing power moving light forming a square it did not power down.  This is my first HP PC and needless to say extremely disappointed. Tried tech support but not open until Monday.
