Product: Pavilion 690-0010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
My PC will not power up, light will flash with a quick push of the power button. Light will flash 5 times if I hold down the power button. If I remove RAM, it will power up and gives the 3.2 error code.

Unfortunately, the 3.2 code indicating memory failure can be either the RAM stick(s) or the RAM socket(s) or both.
IF you have known good RAM sticks and you still get the same error, then the socket(s) have gone bad -- and there is no way to fix them because they can not be removed or replaced.
I am a volunteer and I do not work for, nor represent, HP
