HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-f220nw

I have a problem with my old hp laptop (

HP Pavilion Notebook - 17-f220nw

. After laying untouched for about a year I wanted to see if it works but only the fan would start and backlight of the screen would ligt up but nothing else (I can't load to bios or anything else) I tried several methods from internet but nothing would work except for holding Win+b and starting it then capslock light would blink twice, so according to hp support (https://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_1997719-1528356-16) I determined that the bios is bad, so I tried downloading it from hp support site (https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/hp-pavilion-17-f200-notebook-pc-series/model/7709797) but it  shows "There is no software or drivers available for your product". Is there any way I could download the BIOS? (I know there are some non hp sites with the files but I don't trust them, if you used one of these sites let me know)

HP has retired driver support for the model series which is why you can't find any drivers for it.

Below are the info and exe links to the latest BIOS update I could find for your notebook (F.57).

Use a Windows PC and make a USB recovery drive.

Watch these two videos at the links below for how to make and use the BIOS recovery flash drive to update the BIOS outside of Windows:

Thanks for help, but Unfortunately when I try to restore the bios I can hear the fan spinning at full speed and screen backlight lighting up, than restarting a few times, but still no display is shown (I tried connecting external display but nothing happens). After that same as before.

You're very welcome.

Unfortunately, I don't have any other suggestions for you to try other than taking the notebook into a PC repair shop to see if they can reflash the BIOS if it is not too expensive.
