Hi:
The only suggestion I can offer if you can lose all of your data, would be to clean install W11 by making a bootable USB installation flash drive with the free Rufus v3.18 utility.
Leave your PC's BIOS set to legacy mode disabled/secure boot enabled.
I have zipped up and attached that version below.
Download the W11 64-bit ISO file from the link below, 3rd option.
Download Windows 11 (microsoft.com)
See my screenshot in the discussion below for how to set up the Rufus menu to bypass the W11 hardware checks and boot from the EFI USB boot source.

The second screenshot does not apply to a clean install.
Boot from the installation media and when you get to the screen that asks what version of W11 you want to install, select W11 Home or Pro as applicable.
Then you will be asked to enter a product key.
Select the 'I don't have a product key' option.
Then when you get to the screen that asks 'Where do you want to install Windows,' if you want to recover any personal files, photos, etc.. install W11 over the existing Windows partition and it will create a Windows.old folder.
After W11 installs you can explore the Windows.old folder, find you old user profile and copy the old user profile folders (documents, music, photos, etc) to your new user profile.
If you don't need to try and recover any files, you can delete every partition on the hard drive, leaving just one partition of unallocated space.
Click Next, and W11 will install.
