Hi @Christian161,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

I understand that your HP ENVY Desktop TE01-1xxx is not booting.

To help determine whether this is a power, hardware, or boot issue, could you please let us know:

  • Does the computer power on when you press the power button?
  • Do you see any lights, hear beeps, or hear the fans spinning?
  • Does anything appear on the screen, such as the HP logo or an error message?
  • If there is a blinking power light, please let us know the number of blinks in the repeating sequence.

Meanwhile, please try an HP power reset:

  1. Turn off the computer.
  2. Disconnect the power cable from the desktop.
  3. Disconnect all nonessential external devices, such as USB drives, printers, and external hard drives.
  4. Press and hold the Power button for approximately 15 seconds.
  5. Reconnect the power cable and leave the other peripherals disconnected.
  6. Turn the computer on and check whether it boots.

If the computer powers on but Windows does not start, press Esc repeatedly immediately after powering it on, then press F2 to open HP PC Hardware Diagnostics UEFI. Run System Tests > Fast Test and note any failure ID if one is generated.

Please share the results and the symptoms you observe when pressing the power button, and we can continue from there.

Best regards,
Kuroi_Kenshi_

I'm an HP Employee.
