Hp sure start

There is a problem with the security device on the unit. It is appropriate to contact hp inc to have the unit serviced

HP Sure Start is software that came out in 2015 -- implying that your PC is also that age.

 

So we need information on the PC -- the model number, the OS version is is running, and the age.

 

We can proceed when you provide the information.
