One powering on I pop's up a recovery page wit an error code

HP Recommended
HP Pavilion 21-h013w TouchSmart All-in-One Desktop PC (ENERGY STAR)

When I try to turn on my  computer goes directly to a blue recovery screen and says " your computer needs repaired

The boot configuration data for your pc is missing ir contains errors.

File:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\BCD

Error Code: 0xc000014c

 

What I need to do
