Product: HP ProOne 400 G4 20-inch Non-Touch All-in-One Business PC

Hi everyone, I need your help. I have a series of aio 400 g4 and g5 PCs with a common problem: only beep on boot and black screen. I have to click once to shut down and then try again boot : starts regularly and works great. I updated bios, reset cmos, changed keyboard and mouse, even tried booting without peripherals. waiting for your advice thank you very much

Sorry but it is not possible, that no HP technician gives me an answer.

They are important business PCs and one after the other has the problem.

My company will never buy HP again. Other PCs are returning to me with the same defect and always the same series. a lot of money badly spent.
