I just wanted to know if my cpu and motherboard are capable of overclocking.

Sorry but from your "Specs" the CPU you have is locked and cannot be overclocked.

 

HP Slimline 450-010il Desktop PC Product Specifications:

But you do have options to upgrade the CPU.
